- a super goal by Margaret Ibra. Overall, Rena was not very good.
Nick 1 (Nick Rooney 48 - who ever thought those two words would be put together) Irene 0
Again the better footballing side
lost with a dreadful error by Irene's goalie, before Irene's side was
robbed of a goal! The worst team in the group is through. Luckily for
Nick he avoids the embarrassment of playing Toni in the next round.
Nick and Rena are now through...
So, on to the quarter finals:
Zoe v Jim on Friday
Rosa v Amy on Saturday
Toni v Rena on Sunday
Nick v Rachel on Monday
If it wasn't for the fact that Amy will play Nick in the semifinals if
they both win, I would have predicted that to be the final - as the
stars seemed to be aligned for these two joke-sides!
