Payment, Delivery and Returns Policies
Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Manchester Warehouse website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars.
Goods purchased on the Manchester Warehouse Internet site will only be sent to the purchasers' postal address once name and address details have been verified.
In the event of the purchase of goods for a gift, Manchester Warehouse will need verification of the recipient name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.
The Merchant name Manchester W/House will appear on your credit card statement.
Delivery
Please note that we deliver only within Australia and product delivery is generally made within 10 working days.
Manchester Warehouse endeavours to deliver your order as soon as possible, and the majority of orders placed are shipped within 3 to 4 working days. However, there will be times when products are delayed or in short supply. If this circumstance affects your order, then rest assured that a representative from our company will be in contact with you as soon as possible after your order is placed and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Your products will be delivered via Australia Post Receipted Delivery. You will need to sign for your goods on delivery, unless you specify otherwise during the checkout process. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.

Return & Exchange
Products can be returned to our Kogarah store, with a copy of your receipt. This is the preferred option for you because you can then exchange or receive a credit note without delay.
Alternatively please contact us by emailing onlineenquiries@manchesterwarehouse.com.au to advise whether you require a credit note or an exchange, before returning your goods with a copy of your receipt via post. Once your item/s have been received back at our Kogarah Warehouse, we will be able to assist you further. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by either email, SMS or phone.
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
There is no exchange on quilts, toppers, underblankets and pillows due to health regulations.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your receipt.
