What is a quilt cover?

A quilt or doona cover is a protective and decorative fabric casing that goes over your doona - performing a similar function as a pillowcase for a pillow - and usually buttons closed at the bottom. Quilts aren’t easy to clean so this protective shield means you can just clean the quilt cover instead - plus it gives you a decorating option for style and variety.

Quilt cover size options

Your personal decorating taste and bed size, and of course quilt size, will determine the right quilt cover size for you. The majority of kids and teenagers will be sleeping in single, king single or double beds, whist adults tend to start their journey in queen beds before moving to the larger king size beds later on in life.
