COMPOSITION AND CARE
1000 Thread count
Sateen
Plain dyed
Superior quality fabric
Deep 50cm wall on fitted sheet
Simple stitching across cuff hem on flat sheet and pillowcases
Wash separately before first use
Warm gentle machine wash
40 degree maximum temperature
Wash with similar colours
Use mild detergent and wait until it is fully diluted before putting the item in the machine
Use detergent free from Optical Brightening Agents
Eucalyptus based detergent such as wool wash recommended
Do not soak
Do not bleach
Rinse well
Normal spin
Tumble dry for no longer than 20 minutes on the low or medium heat setting
Line dry in shade
Warm iron on reverse if required and avoid any studs, buttons or decorative panels
Do not dry clean
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
