They are quality products which are ethical and sustainable, and can be traced right back to the farm. The pillow consists of high micron resilience wool balls encased in a pure soft cotton casing. These unique small soft balls of wool are designed to allow the fibre to spring back into shape, even after successive compressions, ensuring that the thickness, loft and superior insulation properties of the wool knop filled pillow are retained for longer. The Eco pillow is medium height with 650grams filling, and Oeko-tex certified, so well suited to allergy sufferers with no harmful chemicals used.

Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
