Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Manchester Warehouse website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars. 
Goods purchased on the Manchester Warehouse Internet site will only be sent to the purchasers' postal address once name and address details have been verified.

In the event of the purchase of goods for a gift, Manchester Warehouse will need verification of the recipient name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.
The Merchant name  Manchester W/House will appear on your credit card statement.

 

Delivery - Australia Wide

Product delivery is generally made within 10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing for instances where Manchester Warehouse is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply.

A standard flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies for all orders Australia wide unless we are offering Free Shipping.

Please note: MM Linen is a New Zealand based brand and therefore product delivery on these items is generally made within 15 working days from when the order is placed if any item is out of stock. If your order contains some MM Linen products, your entire delivery will be despatched together within this timeframe.

Manchester Warehouse deliver only within Australia, using Australia Post Receipted Delivery. When your parcel is collected from the Manchester Warehouse by Australia Post, Australia Post will email you tracking advice so that you are able to follow the delivery of your parcel from our warehouse to your front door. You will need to sign for your goods on delivery, unless you specify otherwise during the checkout process. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.

 

Pick up

Pick-up from our Kogarah, NSW store is free. You will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your tax invoice with you and a customer service representative will be able to assist with the collection of your items in-store.

Please note that we process orders for collection generally within 10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing for instances where Manchester Warehouse is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply.

 

Online Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

We know you'll love your new purchase, however if for any reason you're not completely happy you can return your product to us free of charge. We'll then give you the option of an exchange, a full refund or provide you with a credit that you can use either online or in store.

To refund a change of mind purchase made online, simply return your goods within 14 days of receiving your online order. For an exchange or online store credit, return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order. In both circumstances, goods are to be returned to us in their original condition. We prefer that you don't try and re-pack the product, but request that you include all original packaging, including any cardboard inserts. It's that easy.

Please note : There is no exchange or refund on quilts, toppers, underlays, protectors and pillows due to health and hygiene reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange your Manchester Warehouse product, please download and fill in the form below and adhere the included return label to your parcel. Before returning your purchase, please give one of our friendly Manchester Warehouse team members a call on 1300 722 941 and dial 1, and they'll issue you with an authorisation number. Once you receive this number, please write it on the form before you send it back to our Reply Paid address. If the item is a gift, your very generous friend or relative will need to complete the return form.

Your return can be dropped into a post box or lodged at a post office. There is no tracking available on your return, and as you are responsible for the item arriving, we recommend that your parcel is sent by Registered Post from your local post office. Instances of missing parcels are rare, but unfortunately it does happen.

A very rare quality slip up?

At Manchester Warehouse, we're obsessed with quality and pride ourselves on making your Manchester Warehouse product experience the best possible. However, if you find a fault with a product you have purchased with us online, please call a friendly Manchester Warehouse team member on 1300 722 941 and dial 1. You will receive a full refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed.

Your refund will be credited using the same method as you originally paid. The refund amount should appear on your financial statement within five working days after processing. If you’d like to exchange the Manchester Warehouse product you love, minus the fault, please let our customer service team member know and fill out the form below, with all the necessary information.
