We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
